Description of transformer foil winding machine BRJ1200-2
LV transformer foil winding machine BRJ1200-2 is provided with 15kw
Motor for driving the winding shaft and TIG welding machine for
welding foil with bus bar together. This kind of transformer foil
winding machine can wind copper foil with copper bus bar together
and aluminium foil with aluminium bus bar together. Two pieces of
foil decoilers and two insulation decoilers are provided for the
transformer foil winding machine. Photoelectric sensors are used in
the transformer foil winding machine to make sure the foil edge is
neat when winding. In the transformer foil winding machine,
pressing rollers are used to make the foil not reverse when the
machine stops winding. The control system of the transformer foil
winding machine is based on PLC , which can control the machine
precisely. Touch screen interface makes the operation very easy and
intuitive when operating the transformer foil winding machine.
